How do I place an order?

Ordering is easy...add the items you wish to purchase to your cart, continue to cart, proceed to check out, fill in your information and continue. Select your shipping method and complete your purchase with your payment information. You will not be charged until the credit card information is submitted. 


Do you send an order confirmation?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed.


Can my order be expedited or rushed?

If you need your order faster than the normal processing time, please email or call us and we will be happy to assist you in expediting the processing time and rushing the order if at all possible. Paying for expedited or express service will only rush the time in transit of your order, not the processing time.


How do I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover for all online orders.


Can I cancel or change my order?

You may cancel or change your order if it has not been sent for processing. Please email us with the information and call us if possible. If the order has been sent for processing we will not be able to cancel the order.


Do you charge sales tax?

Only orders that are shipped within the state of Florida or have a billing address in Florida are charged a 6% state tax and a 0.5%-1.5% county tax. Orders outside of Florida are not charged sales tax.


Can I get a sample of a product?

We do not offer free samples at this time, however since we do not have a minimum orders on the majority of our products, you may purchase a sample of most items.


Do you have a minimum order policy?

Minimum orders, if applicable are stated on each page.


How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. It will have the direct link to the shipper for you to check the status of your package.


Return Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and if for any reason you wish to return your purchase, you may email us here within 3 days of receipt of your order to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The RA# expires in 10 days.

 - Bow ties may only be exchanged not returned for credit.

 - All returns must be received within 10 days from the date the RA# is issued.

 - Items returned for credit without an RA# or after the RA# has expired will be charged a $20.00 processing fee.

 - Please include a copy of your invoice with the RA# written on it with your return.

 - Shipping charges will not be refunded.

 - Items that are deemed to have been used or not in "new" condition will not be refunded.

Returned merchandise must be unused, not worn and in the original packaging. It is the discretion of Jena Richards Weddings to determine if returned items are in unused condition. Items that are in bags or are individually packaged and sealed which have been opened will not be accepted for credit or return.

Items listed on sale are non-returnable and not refundable. Personalized items are not returnable. Jena Richards will send back non-returnable items to the customer at the customers expense.

Credit will not be issued for lost packages, we recommend that you return your items packaged in the same manner that they were received with a shipper that provides insurance and tracking numbers.

We recommend that your items be packaged securely, insured and sent with a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for lost packages. Send your insured returns to:

Do you charge restocking fees?

No, a restocking fee will not apply to orders returned for credit within the time limit stated above. Orders returned without an RA# will be charged a $20.00 processing fee.


How long does it take to process my credit?

Your credit will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of your return. Please allow time for your banking institution to process the credit.


Can I return a personalized item?

Personalized items and gifts are non-refundable and non-returnable.


What do I do if I receive damaged items?

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If there is damage keep the original packaging and notify us within 3 days of receipt of your order, you may email us here and include a detailed description with a digital photo of the damaged box and/or items.



When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed and shipped in 2 to 5 business days.  Bow ties and items that require personalization may require more time. Please note this does not include time in transit.


How do you calculate the shipping charges?

All shipping charges are calculated at checkout by weight.


Do you ship international?

Yes, we ship international via FedEx or United States Postal Service USPS Priority Mail International. Additional duties and taxes imposed by your country may apply on delivery and are not included in our price.


Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No, we do not ship to PO Boxes, we require a physical address for delivery.


How will my order be shipped in the USA?

The shipping options available at checkout are FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, FedEx Express Saver (3 days), FedEx 2Day and FedEx Overnight. Also available is USPS Priority Mail (2 to 3 business days). This does not include processing time.


Can you ship my order faster if I pay for expedited shipping?

Expedited shipping will not expedite the processing of your order. Please call or email us so that we may assist you in selecting the appropriate shipping to expedite your order so you receive it in time.
